Plan Status Summer 2009 The Brandon Community Plan kicked off with an open house held on July 10, 2007.  The Working Committee meets monthly on the fourth Monday of the month. Meetings run from 6:00 to 7:30 PM and are held at the Brandon Service Center, located at 311 Pauls Drive, in the heart of Brandon Main Street. The planning process is wrapping up. The submission deadline for the first cycle of 2010 Comprehensive Plan Amendments is September 1, 2009. Congratulations to the Brandon Regional Service Center selected by the Florida Planning & Zoning Association Awards Committee for 2009’s Public Development Award of Excellence.
