  • Delineate plan on Zoning Atlas
  • No wetland credits permitted on effective date in advance of Land Development revision.
  • Revise Land Development Code (LDC) to recognize no credit for wetlands.
  • Community Design Regulations will provide Rural Development Standards.
  • Fences and walls shall be rural in character and no opaque screening (other than vegetation) is permitted along public right-of-ways.
  • Flex provision of FLUE categories is not permitted.
  • Overlay district will be prepared for Fox’s Corner (Gunn Hwy. and N. Mobley Rd.).
  • New lakefront development will retain natural vegetative buffer-no hardened shoreline.
