 - Delineate plan on Zoning Atlas
- No wetland credits permitted on effective date in advance of Land Development revision.
- Revise Land Development Code (LDC) to recognize no credit for wetlands.
- Community Design Regulations will provide Rural Development Standards.
- Fences and walls shall be rural in character and no opaque screening (other than vegetation) is permitted along public right-of-ways.
- Flex provision of FLUE categories is not permitted.
- Overlay district will be prepared for Fox’s Corner (Gunn Hwy. and N. Mobley Rd.).
- New lakefront development will retain natural vegetative buffer-no hardened shoreline.
- Revise LDC to require vegetative buffer.
