 - Delineate plan on Zoning Atlas
- Recognize that there are areas of Lutz that are urban and rural.
- Maintain 1 acre lot minimum, unless clustered.
- Clustering requires a minimum of 30 acres in rural areas of Lutz.
- Flex provision of FLUE categories is not permitted in the rural areas of Lutz.
- Lots on local roads must front on local roads.
- Fences and walls shall be rural in character and no opaque screening (other than vegetation) is permitted along public right-of-ways in rural areas of Lutz.
- Overlay district will be prepared for US 41 and Lutz Lake Fern Road area, recognized as the Community�s Activity Center.
- New Commercial zoning is encouraged at three activity nodes along US 41:
- Lutz�s historic downtown area to Newberger Rd.
- Crystal Lake Road to Sunset Lane; and
- Crenshaw Lake Road area.
- High schools are to be located on major (4 lane or greater) roads.
