Plan Status Please go to "Documents" to review Riverview Community Plan documents. The Riverview Community Plan was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners in May 2005. To implement the Community Plan vision for future development of Riverview, the Hillsborough County Planning and Growth Management Department held an Open House to discuss the Riverview Community Plan and Development in Downtown Riverview. At the February 7, 2007 Open House, the Riverview Community attendees had the opportunity to volunteer for the Working Committee and work to develop the Riverview Downtown District.
